This was fun, Canik TP9SF milled for a Holosun 507C. The slide on the Canik’s are chamfered on the top. Also the firing pin channel is high in the slide. The factory sight dovetail is about all you take as far as depth. To support the optic and get thread depth, I machined pillars that I threaded. I milled down into the slide for each pillar and drilled and tapped for the pillars. Pillars were threaded in and lock tight. Then I milled the pillars flat and drilled and tapped for the optic screws. All that and also machined and altered the loaded chamber indicator to function with the optic taking almost half of it out.
